Dosing devices for small throughputs
The transitube® micro dosing devices are used wherever the smallest quantities (of e.g. master batches) are to be dosed directly on the machine. In addition to the rotary feeder, models with spiral feed or a “mini version” of our proven discharge system for poorly flowing materials are also available.
Of course, these devices are also available as a gravimetric version!
Dosing combination with discharge device
The dosing solution for poorly flowing / bridging materials. With the discharge technology specially designed for the transitube® spiral conveyor, even the most difficult materials can be handled reliably and volumetrically dosed with great accuracy.

Feed/Dosing combinations
The solution for dosing 2 or more components (e.g. new material, recycling material and additive) with a higher throughput. Free-flowing materials can also be combined with bridging materials.
The special advantage: The conveying system takes care of the mixing by means of a spiral!
gravimetric solutions
Our devices can also be operated gravimetrically, from gravimetric batch dosing systems for high throughput rates to small precision dosing systems. The type of weighing used (additive or loss-in-weight) is determined by the respective application.
