biturbine ®
The transitube®-biturbine represents a perfect solution for coating coarser parts with fine powders. This technique has proven itself in many fields of application.
Field of application
If you have to powder e.g. pastries or parlines with cocoa or sugar in the food sector or if materials are to be coated with a non-stick agent. Here, for example, grated cheese or granules in the plastics sector should be mentioned.
Coating with liquid media is also possible.
Advantages
Coating with a biturbine® is a continuous process that can be integrated into ongoing production. Batch processing, as would be done with a drum mixer, for example, is no longer necessary.
The entire product space can be completely dismantled and cleaned in just a few steps. Contamination of the end product is avoided by using special brush material.
Specifications
Two counter-rotating brushes transport the parts to be powdered through a specially shaped product tray. Here, the additive that has also been added is applied to the surface. Depending on the application, the biturbine® can be equipped with an additional separation zone in which excess additive is separated and can be reused.
Depending on the task, flexible brushes or stainless steel variants are available, which can be mounted parallel or offset by 45°. In addition, the production speed can be adjusted.
